Sixton® Technologies

CTC
The result of the most advanced Sixton® research. Manufactured in ultra-light composite material, the toe cap is impact-resistant to more than 200J, and returns to its original shape immediately after a violent impact, with no risk of imprisoning toes. It ensures perfect thermal insulation, does not conduct electricity and it’s not detectable by metal detectors.
Dyamic Control
Safety footwear has always aimed at increasing performance whilst keeping comfort levels high, a fundamental factor in physical work. “Dynamic Control” provides a clear example of this philosophy, with its design and manufacture based around protective and non-slip footwear. The plastic inserts protect the wearer’s ankle further from sharp objects and protrusions. And the rigid structure improves the way your foot rests on the ground, and ankle control of sideways movements.
Stabil Active
The rigid plastic support inserted into the sole beneath the heel and waist provides greater stability and support of the arch, consequently improving foot posture.
Dual Micro
Anti-abrasion, non-slip microfiber will resist more than 200,000 Martindale cycles.
Blowfit
A multilayer of form and function. The upper FLYFIT part in direct contact with the foot guarantees breathability and comfort. Another heat-formed supporting layer in EVA, with minute holes in the heel area, ensures correct posture and support of the foot. The support in EVA extends shape and resistance durability, supporting the weight of the body correctly. When the perforated part compresses and expands, it lets moist air through and away from the foot, generating a flow of air that improves comfort and the microclimate inside the footwear.
Flyfit
This is the pride and joy of Sixton®’s research related to maximum comfort for feet in movement, with the innovative anti-static, breathable and anti-bacterial properties of the insole. FLYFIT is made of multi-layer material. The upper layer in contact with the foot is made up of highly resistant net that ensures excellent moisture-absorption. The in-between anti-bacterial layer is made up of self-forming soft foam to ensure comfort and firm support of the foot; the minute holes improve elimination of moisture and ensure quicker drying when at rest. The third layer made of breathable fabric gives the insole stability and shape. The last layer, thanks to the addition of special non-slip and self-blocking elements, stops the insole from moving inside the footwear.
SRC
New legislation in the form of European directive 89/686 sets out that tests must be passed on 2 different surfaces, with the consequent classification as SRA or SRB. Having met the requirements of both SRA and SRB, SIXTON PEAK footwear can now proudly boast anti-slip properties classed as SRC.
